Meet the Owner
Dr. Sarah Heller, Ed.D., BCBA, LBA-NY

Dr. Heller is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and special educator with over 20 years of experience supporting children, families, and schools. Her work spans public and private educational settings, early intervention, clinics, group homes, and agencies. Having developed programming from infancy through adulthood, she brings a deep understanding of how systems can create sustainable, meaningful change and connect families to community supports.

Throughout her career, Dr. Heller has held leadership roles focused on direct care, supervision, staff training, and program development. As a former District-Wide Behavior Specialist, she designed scalable systems, aligned practices with current research, and integrated trauma-informed and neuroaffirming approaches across classrooms and support teams. In addition to her clinical and systems-level work, Dr. Heller serves as a professor and committee chair, where she is committed to advancing research and mentoring future educators and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Her academic leadership emphasizes compassion, scientific integrity, and the practical application of research to real-world educational settings.

As the Co-Founder of ABA Test Prep and Founder of Metropolitan Interventional Services, Dr. Heller developed innovative, data-driven platforms that expanded access to professional training and direct behavioral supports. These initiatives enhanced the quality of clinical training and service delivery while making behavioral resources more accessible to families and professionals worldwide.

Now as the Founder and Executive Director of Meaningful Metrics, Dr. Heller continues her mission to empower families and schools with the tools, knowledge, and systems needed for success.
