Our Mission
Meaningful Metrics does not just design behavior plans; we build systems that help children, families, and schools grow together. Our multidisciplinary team collaborates across settings to create individualized, neuroaffirming supports that lead to sustainable success.
Our Approach
Meaningful Metrics believes that change happens when families, schools, and providers work together as one team. Our work bridges these systems, helping families navigate complex supports and helping schools design programs that truly include every learner.

We offer an integrated range of services, including advocacy and school navigation, home and community systems, telehealth and small-group programs, and school and district partnerships.
Each plan is tailored to the unique strengths and needs of the individuals and teams we serve.
Who We Serve
Our team partners with:
-
Families seeking advocacy, guidance, or individualized support at home or school.
-
Schools and districts building sustainable, neuroaffirming behavior systems and staff capacity.
-
Professionals pursuing BCBA, BCaBA, or RBT supervision or consultation grounded in ethical, evidence-based practice.
This three-tiered model allows Meaningful Metrics to strengthen the connection between home, school, and community, ensuring continuity of care and shared success across environments.
Our Values
Neuroaffirming practice: We honor and support neurological differences as natural variations of the human experience.

Family strength: We build on what already works, centering caregivers as key partners in change.

Systems alignment: We bring educators, clinicians, and families into a shared process with clear communication and mutual respect.

Dignity and inclusion: Every plan and interaction reflects our commitment to equity, belonging, and compassionate care.
Sustainability: We design systems that endure by equipping teams to maintain meaningful progress long after our involvement.
